Family plan vehicles must be signed up under the same account with the same credit/debit number. If the main vehicle gets cancelled from the plan, one of the additional vehicles will go up to full price and become the main vehicle.
As long as you washed with us within 72 hours of rainfall, YES, we’ll wash your car again for free! This option is available for all wash packages and you will receive the same wash as originally purchased. To receive your free rewash, you must present your original receipt as proof of purchase. We absolutely cannot honor the guarantee without the original paid receipt or beyond the 72-hour period. This offer is not redeemable for cash.

Unfortunately, our conveyors can not accommodate any cars with extra wide wheel bases. We apologize for this, but it is fairly standard in the car wash industry that conveyors do not accommodate vehicles such as these.
Nope, you should not have to dry your car! Our wash is equipped with several high-powered dryers that come on after your car has been thoroughly cleaned in the tunnel. You may have a couple of drops on your car still, which is normal at any express car wash. If you do not dry the drops off right away, they’ll bead off your car once you get out on the road. Plus, our Reverse Osmosis water technology ensures that our rinse water will not cause water spots. If you still want to get those pesky drops off your car right away, you can purchase a high quality microfiber towel from one of our team members for $3, or 2 for $5 and a complimentary air freshener. We also have towels available for $2. All of our towels are reusable and work great on your dashboard and interior!
The vacuums are strictly for vacuuming crumbs, small debris, and other very small pieces of trash from within the interior of your car. Our vacuums are powerful and easy to use, but should not be used for sucking up large pieces of food, diapers, wrappers, clothing, rope, or anything bigger than a nickel. Please do not use it to vacuum up liquid of any sort as this can and usually does damage the vacuum lines and will most definitely inhibit the effectiveness of the vacuum system for all customers. It will cause delays due to mandatory maintenance that would become necessary to clear out the clogs. Help us keep the vacuums working well for all by throwing away large pieces of trash by hand before using the vacuums! We recommend vacuuming before you enter the wash tunnel, as our lot space is limited and this would allow for the easiest wash process. If we are not busy, please take as long as you’d like. But we ask as a courtesy that if we are busy to keep your vacuum time under five minutes. You are also welcome to use our free air chucks. Please do not be shy about asking one of our team members to show you how to use any of these services if you are hesitant.
